The Chesterfield/Colonial Heights Health Department is offering vaccine appointments during Spring Break for students who need required vaccines for the 2026-2027 school year. Appointments are offered Tuesday, March 31, Wednesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 2, 2026. Call 804-748-1750 to schedule; no walk-ins.
All students must be accompanied by an adult or guardian over the age of 18. Students who are 18 years and older do not require a parent or guardian to accompany them.
Bring immunization records, or send them ahead of time. If families don’t have a copy, they can request the record here. If the student has health insurance, please also bring the insurance card.
